‘Results in Osun show people’s love for Aregbesola’

Acting Chairman, Action Congress of Nigeria, Osun State chapter, Mr. Adelowo Adebiyi, has attributed the victory of the ACN presidential candidate, Mallam Nuhu Ribadu, in Osun State to the love the people have for Governor Rauf Aregbesola. A statement by Adebiyi, in Osogbo on Sunday, said the overwhelming victory of Ribadu in Osun reflected the general acceptance of Aregbesola in the state. The statement said, “Members of the electorate in Osun State have come to recognise the ability of the governor to turn things around after many years of decay occasioned by the Peoples Democratic Party’s administration in the state. “The results of the presidential election, where people voted for the ACN candidate, are an indication of the massive support Aregbesola enjoys among the people of Osun State. “Having demonstrated within such a very short time that governance can be made to impact positively on the lives of the ordinary people, voters in Osun have come to recognise Aregbesola as the man with the magic wand, hence their readiness to vote for his party in whatever situation.” By Tunde Odesola, Osogbo Courtesy Of: Punch
