Delta deputy speaker’s brother shot dead

The fragile peace in Ughelli, Delta State was shattered on Monday night as Sixtus Ganagana, the younger brother to the Deputy Speaker of the state house of assembly, Mr. Basil Ganagana, was shot dead by unknown gunmen on Monday night.
